This has been confirmed true. the passenger vehicle containing mostly business women going to a village market in ombaci on a market day somewhere along the road got stopped by an armed government soldier who forcefully demanded for a lift. he got on to the truck and along the way this soldier spotted some armed men in the bushes and immediately fired shots at that group prompting the group to rain shots at the vehicle killing a pregnant woman on spot and many others sustaining injuries and the Government soldier onboard escaped unharmed. this is not the first time a soldier boards a civilian vehicle forcefully and risking the lives of all civilians onboard, early last year the same thing happened along yei-kaya road. its important that soldiers understand the danger they put civilians in when they get to board their vehicles. risking the lives of women who have became the backbones of all families in south sudan is so disheartening , they do not deserve none of that! they are the only people that really care about their children while men are busy looking for baseless fights.
